pcapmerge is a utility that can be used to extract part of a binary
packet capture file or to merge several capture files.  It provides
similar functionality to the tcpslice program.

Requirements

*	perl 5.005
*	Net::Pcap 0.03 available from CPAN.
*	libpcap 0.4
