Files available here include (among others): crypte11.zip -- MS-DOS user friendly file encryption, security depends on key length (very long keys recommended). cryptmpj.zip -- Mike Johnson's master's thesis in ASCII, plus PASCAL source code and an executable program defining the MPJ Encryption Algorithm. mpj2d100.zip -- Demo program for MPJ2 encryption algorithm with ASCII description of algorithm and C++ source code for the cipher itself. mpj2ieee.zip -- ASCII and Postscript prepublication versions of an article defining the MPJ2 Encryption Algorithm. mpj2ieee.txt.gz -- ASCII version of article defining the MPJ2 Encryption Algorithm. mpj2source.gz -- ASCII file with source code for MPJ2 cipher. onepad11.zip -- Short C++ program with source that implements the classic one time pad algorithm. pgplegal.zip -- Description of some of the legal issues with PGP. PGP code is available here for academic and personal use only. For commercial use, get a copy of Viacrypt PGP, which is licensed to use both the RSA and IDEA algorithms. rsaref.zip -- RSA reference library with source code. See enclosed license file. ripem107.exe -- MS-DOS executable for a privacy enhanced mail implementation. Please note: encryption software distributed in this directory are EXPORT CONTROLLED and are available via anonymous FTP to U.S. persons only. Public Domain (in the ITAR definition) descriptions of encryption algorithms are available for distribution without limitation. Note that some of the export controlled software distributed outside the USA, and that most of it is available with no restrictions from other sites, so people outside the USA should get this data there instead.
